
Marinated Sirloin Steak
Marinated and served sliced into strips, this tender and flavorful steak is sure to please!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ½ pounds sirloin, round or steak

Combine honey, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, rosemary, garlic powder, white pepper, and salt in a large bowl and whisk well; pour into a resealable plastic bag or container. Add steak and coat with marinade. Refrigerate to for 1-6 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill or cast-iron skillet for medium-high heat and lightly oil.

Remove steak from marinade; shake off excess and discard marinade. Cook steak on the preheated grill or skillet to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of steak should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium-rare doneness.
