Marinated Sirloin Steak

Marinated and served sliced into strips, this tender and flavorful steak is sure to please!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin, round or steak

Directions

  1. Combine honey, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon, rosemary, garlic powder, white pepper, and salt in a large bowl and whisk well; pour into a resealable plastic bag or container. Add steak and coat with marinade. Refrigerate to for 1-6 hours.

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill or cast-iron skillet for medium-high heat and lightly oil.

  3. Remove steak from marinade; shake off excess and discard marinade. Cook steak on the preheated grill or skillet to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of steak should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium-rare doneness.
